The internet Governance Forum is in its fourth year of existence. It is too soon to draw any firm conclusions, but it has been long enough to recognize some emerging patterns and trends. Many stakeholders have already offered their reflections. This study is a multistakeholder partnership combining efforts of diplo foundation (NGO) , AT&T(business) , the ministry of telecommunication of Egypt (government) and the Commonwealth IGF (international initiative). It tries to identify impacts of a structural framework of IGF.The study also presents an online survey in an attempt to harness the wisdom of the wide-ranging IGF community.
