This book project realized at a time of great change, turmoil, and contradictions in international human rights law and politics. Contemporary globalization, with its worldwide influence on communications, trade, development and cultural values seems, on the one hand, resistance to the application of international human rights protection , while at the same time to necessitate the guarantee of certain rights to promote neoliberal agenda.
